Create Your Profile on the Website
Create your Profile in preparation for your enrollment. Provide information from your Medicare Card (if applicable), your Social Security Number (SSN), your preferred health care providers, prescriptions, and pharmacies to begin creating your Profile. Should you need to update any of your Personal Information or Health Information in the future, you can do so.
To create your Profile, follow these steps:
Sign into Via Benefits and select Go to Profile.
Select the icon of the family member whose Profile you want to edit.
Personal Information
On the Personal Information tab, enter or confirm your information. You aren't required to provide your SSN until you enroll. You can also set your Communication Preferences. Select I prefer to receive email communications when possible to receive paperless communication that can be sent digitally. Read the Terms and Conditions for details.
You can update your name, Date of Birth, Medicare Part A and B Effective Dates, Home Address, and Communication Preferences on the website. Select Save when you're done making changes.
Call us to change, update, or correct your Medicare Number or Social Security Number. They can't be changed on the website. Also, please call us for assistance with adding your spouse or dependent to your Profile or with removing someone from your Profile.
Health Information
It’s important to keep your provider and prescription information on the Health Information tab up-to-date. This information helps find the medical plans that suit your needs and budget.
You can easily add, edit, or remove your health status, providers, prescriptions, and pharmacies by following the onscreen prompts. Select Shop for Plans if you'd like to continue.
Note: An error message displays if you try to add an over-the-counter medication or misspell the name of a prescription medication.
